Our yoga classes are beginner friendly but can also be made to fit all fitness levels. Our classes will be based on stress relief, increased flexibility, mind body awareness, restorative breathing and strength. We introduce a variety of poses and modifications and help bring a heightened sense of well-being and peace. We offer a variety of yoga variations and aim to tailor the class towards the groups needs.


Our Pilates classes focus on strength and stretching of the lower back, hips and shoulders while increasing strength of all the core muscles. The exercises are designed to put minimal strain on your joints, while toning the body and decreasing inches around the middle and thighs.  Pilates helps build strong abdominal muscles, improve posture and reduce pain in the lower back caused by weak muscles and decreased range of motion. You will leave pilates class feeling refreshed and stronger than when you started.


Zumba is the original dance party. Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic moves set to high energy Latin and international beats. It's easy to do and effective and totally exhilarating.

Aqua Zumba

Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise program. Aqua zumba integrates the zumba philosophy with the traditional aquatic fitness disciplines. Aqua zumba blends it all together into a workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all fun! 



Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of dance and martial arts that will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. Most of all, cardio kickboxing is fun! Set to upbeat music, the energetic instructor keeps you from being bored by challenging your mind and your body.

Boot Camp                                       

Boot camp is a popular interval training class that combines cardio moves, body weight strength training, plyometrics, and circuit training. A total body workout that will help burn calories and build lean muscle! This class can be taught with our without equipment from your gym and or instructors are happy to bring in some outside equipment as well. This equipment can include stability, bosu and medicine balls, bands, jump ropes and light weights.  This class is fun and presented as a medium to high intensity meant for people who are already participating in a workout program.
