Laura DeSimone is the owner of De Simone Health and Fitness LLC.  She dedicates 100 percent of her time to personal training and pilates classes in the D.C. Metropolitan area.  By bringing one of a kind intense workouts directly to her clients' homes, Laura proves that no one is too busy to work out.  During the past 5 years, she has worked with over 100 clients, and has never created the same program twice!  No matter what your fitness goal is, Laura can help you reach it. 

 

Stephany Gaffney

Education: B.A. in Psychology from Marymount University; Master of Social Work from George Mason University

Experience:  Stephanie has been practicing yoga for 6 years, enjoys working out and being active. She played softball and field hockey at a competitive level and started running half marathons in Graduate School. She shares her passion for fitness and living a healthy life with everyone she meets. Steph strives to provide a physically challenging practice while cultivating a sense of ease as students move through their workouts.



Peter O'Shanick

Position: Health Fitness Professional


Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Spinning Instructor, AHA CPR and AED certified


Experience: Peter has worked in the health and wellness industry for 6 years. He supervises a corporate wellness center in Northern Virginia. Peter loves to help his clients meet their strength and wellness goals with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular training with an emphasis on interval work.
